While it’s tempting to not post this image, to just call the day a wash, photographically, I’m not going to. My expectations were not high when I decided to aim my camera at the old kitchen table that held most of my family’s meals, worked hard as the surface on which my mom kneaded countless loaves of bread, and provided a landing spot for a multitude of cribbage games, board games, and other card games that kept us busy and entertained for years and years.
